When I took over leadership of Better's product design I spearheaded a user-centered design culture, one of my first initiatives was establishing a collaborative design process between, designers, product managers, and engineers. We instituted regular design sprints where we explored ideas through iterative design sessions, quick prototyping, and user feedback from sales and Fullstory. This approach unlocked the team's ability to ship new products quickly and accelerated our pace of testing and learning.
